What is Flipped Property?
Typically, the term “flipped” refers to real estate investors buying property at auctions or property in need of major repair. They then list them back on the market with the intent to make a profit.
Buying flipped property can still be beneficial for buyers. Investors will usually remodel the property they buy before they put it back on the market so the home you buy will feel new. On top of that, the home will typically still be selling for under current market value because “flippers” want to get it sold as soon as they can.
